NEW Universal Model: This is a new and improved version of our old Extension Rail. The Universal Extension Rail has 8 holes and 5 slots on each side whereas the old rail only had 4 holes on one side. The new model offers vastly improved bedframe attachment flexibility and adaptability.
Attachment Method: Pre-drilled holes and slots in each extension facilitate attachment to your present bedframe. If your bed frame does not have holes at the end, or they do not match the provided dimensions, you will need to drill holes in your frame to facilitate installation.
